Having one of the smallest cup sizes, like AAA or AA will make shopping for a bikini top quite a challenge. I find that some A-cup-sized styles can work or a non-cup-sized style.

Racerback tops work well on smaller breasts.

They fit firmly around the chest and will give a sportive look.
